適用範囲 / Scope

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、TrackCompare（以下「当方」）が提供するウェブサイトおよび関連ツール（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本規約に同意のうえ本サービスを利用するものとします。
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the TrackCompare website and related tools (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

機能と保存データ / Features & Stored Data

本サービスは、地図表示、カテゴリ検索、データ変換、共有、都道府県データやピン・コメント等の保存・読み込みといった機能を提供する場合があります。保存データは識別用ID（UUID）で管理され、個人を特定できる情報を含まない設計を基本とします（詳細はプライバシーポリシー参照）。
The Service may offer map display, category search, data conversion, sharing, and saving/loading of items such as prefecture data, pins, and comments. Saved data is managed via UUIDs and is designed not to include personally identifiable information (see the Privacy Policy).

ライセンス・知的財産 / License & IP

本サービス上のプログラム、UI、テキスト、画像等（第三者提供物を除く）に関する権利は当方に帰属します。利用者は、本サービスを本規約および適用法令の範囲で非独占的・譲渡不可の範囲で利用できます。リバースエンジニアリング、再配布、二次配布、商標・著作権表示の削除は禁止します。
The Service’s program code, UI, text, and images (excluding third-party materials) are owned by us. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms and applicable laws. Reverse engineering, redistribution, removal of copyright or trademark notices, and similar actions are prohibited.

外部データ・サービス / External Data & Services

本サービスは地図表示・検索・ルーティング等に外部サービスを利用する場合があります。各サービスの利用規約・ライセンスに従い、結果の正確性・完全性・可用性は保証されません。
The Service may use external providers for maps, search, and routing. Their terms and licenses apply; accuracy, completeness, and availability are not guaranteed.

OpenStreetMap（OSM）

OpenRouteService（ORS）

経路計算に OpenRouteService（Heidelberg Institute for Geoinformation Technology, HeiGIT）を利用する場合があります。OSMデータに基づく結果の正確性は保証されません。現地の規制・状況に従ってご利用ください。
We may use OpenRouteService (HeiGIT) for routing. Results based on OSM data are not guaranteed accurate; follow local regulations and conditions.

可用性・変更・中断 / Availability, Changes & Suspension

本サービスは、メンテナンス、障害、レート制限、仕様変更、不可抗力等により、予告なく機能の追加・変更・一時停止・終了を行う場合があります。当方は中断・停止・データ損失等について責任を負いません。
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features without notice due to maintenance, outages, rate limits, specification changes, or force majeure. We are not liable for interruptions, suspensions, or data loss.

ユーザーコンテンツ / User Content & Moderation

利用者が投稿・保存・共有したコンテンツ（コメント、タイトル、設定等）の権利は原則として当該利用者に帰属しますが、当方は本サービスの運営・表示・改善・安全確保のため、必要な範囲で当該コンテンツを複製・表示・保存・削除できる非独占的権利を有します。公序良俗・法令・本規約に反する内容は、事前通知なく削除・非表示・アクセス制限等の措置を行う場合があります。
You retain rights to your submitted/saved/shared content, but grant us a non-exclusive right to reproduce, display, store, or remove it as reasonably necessary for operation, display, improvement, and safety. Content violating laws, public order, or these Terms may be removed or restricted without notice.

禁止事項 / Prohibited Conduct

  • 法令・公序良俗に反する行為 / Violations of laws or public order
  • 他者の権利侵害（著作権・商標・プライバシー等） / Infringement of others’ rights
  • 過度な負荷、スクレイピング、API乱用、レート制限回避 / Excessive load, scraping, API abuse, rate-limit evasion
  • 不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング / Unauthorized access, reverse engineering
  • 保存データ・共有リンク・UUIDへの総当たり、改ざん / Brute-forcing or tampering with saved data, shared links, or UUIDs
  • 差別・誹謗中傷・不適切表現・違法情報の投稿 / Defamatory, discriminatory, illegal, or inappropriate content

セキュリティ・自己責任 / Security & Your Responsibility

利用者は、共有URLや識別子（UUID等）を第三者と共有する際、その結果生じるリスクを理解し適切に管理するものとします。第三者による不正利用・改ざん等について当方は責任を負いません。
You are responsible for managing risks when sharing URLs or identifiers (e.g., UUIDs). We are not liable for unauthorized use or tampering by third parties.

免責・責任制限 / Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、明示黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。当方は、逸失利益、データ喪失、機会損失、間接・付随・結果損害を含むいかなる損害についても、法令で許容される最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for lost profits, data loss, opportunity costs, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

準拠法・裁判管轄 / Governing Law & Jurisdiction

本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。本サービスに起因または関連して生じる紛争は、日本国の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Japan.

規約の変更 / Revisions

当方は、必要に応じて本規約を予告なく変更できます。変更後に本サービスを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。重要な変更がある場合は、適切な方法で周知します。
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be announced appropriately.
